What is your role in Knauf Insulation?

 I work as a forklift operator which includes different aspects, tasks and reqires various skills and broad knowledge, such as loading and preparing materials, correctly logging all the shipments etc. I have to be very precise, yet fast and attentive, which is always a challenge.

What do you love the most about your job at Knauf Insulation?

I love my relationship with co-workers. We always help eachother and learn from one another. I enjoy motivating them and spreading a positive energy.

 I love how dynamic my work is, and sometimes, I feel like I'm stacking legos or finishing a puzzle, when I load the trucks. I also enjoy communicating with our drivers, learning different languages from them.

As the only woman on this job I feel I have to prove myself even more, but I know I am capable and that gives me power and joy for what I do. And a good song on a radio makes my day even better.
