We talked to our colleague Krunoslav Čovran, who has been part of Knauf Insulation for almost eight years and currently works as an operator on the LM line. We discussed what it's like to work at Knauf Insulation, the biggest advantages of our company, and which employee benefits he would highlight as the most important.

Apart from financial benefits, what do you consider to be the biggest benefits of working at Knauf Insulation?

"If I had to highlight the most important benefits that Knauf Insulation provides us, I would definitely mention the Multisport card, team buildings, and regular medical check-ups. These benefits show how much the company cares about our health and how important it is for them that we all socialize and get to know each other better."

Have you personally experienced the importance of going for regular medical check-ups?

"Exactly. At one such check-up, they pointed out changes that required a specialist examination, and a malignant tumor was discovered in time, which was then successfully removed by surgery. Now the situation is more than good, and I only go for regular check-ups."

Given your experience, what would you advise your colleagues?

"I would recommend that they regularly attend check-ups even if they feel very well and healthy. I felt great too, without any problems, but the medical tests showed otherwise. Health is always the priority, and thanks to the check-up, I found out about the problem in time and reacted promptly."

What other benefits that Knauf Insulation offers to employees do you consider useful?

"I consider education and various training to be the most valuable because we can always learn something new, expand our knowledge, and experience. The world is changing very fast today, so it is important to adapt to new technologies, working methods, and industry standards. Employers who invest in their employees show how much they value their professional development and how much they appreciate them."

What would you highlight as Knauf Insulation's greatest strength?

"People. The colleagues we are with every day and share every successfully completed job. What I would definitely like to mention and emphasize is collegiality. It was especially evident in my case when everyone showed exceptional collegiality and proved to be true friends. I had to be on sick leave for a month and a half, but about ten guys from my line really went out of their way and, with their full support, I returned to work earlier."

What is your advice to young people who are looking for a job - why should they come to work at Knauf Insulation?

"From everything mentioned, it can be concluded that Knauf Insulation really cares about its employees, from personal health through regular medical check-ups to strict occupational safety, opportunities for advancement and development, and benefits such as a Multisport card and team buildings.
