Nino Purgar joined Knauf Insulation 20 years ago. He currently works in Production as a line operator. Dear Nino, can you share with us how long you've been working at Knauf Insulation? What does a typical workday look like for you?

I joined Knauf Insulation 20 years ago, and I have 17 years of work experience. I currently work in Production as a line operator. My average workday involves monitoring product parameters. I work with one colleague, which means we are not alone in this process and that we cooperate to ensure the efficiency and quality of our production.

Have you encountered any challenges in your work over the past 20 years?

Honestly, there aren't any major challenges. If any serious situations arise, everyone is very willing to help - from the foreman to maintenance.

You've been working at Knauf Insulation for 20 years. Looking back, are you satisfied with your career development, and is there any event you would particularly emphasize and highlight?

Looking back on the 20 years I've spent at Knauf Insulation, I can say that I am satisfied with my career development. I would especially highlight the event in 2010 when I was promoted from a production worker to a line operator. That was a key moment in my career.

What would you highlight as the greatest strength of Knauf Insulation?

I would definitely highlight the team I work with. When you have a good team, everything is easy! Our greatest strength is that we are in the business together, we all help each other. We are dedicated to our work, proactive, and we solve everything through agreement, and we especially enjoy one-day trips with people from the shift and year-end parties.
