Dear Tomislav, how long have you been working at Knauf Insulation?
I've been working at Knauf Insulation for 10 years. During that time, I've gone through almost all positions on the production line, so I'm very familiar with every part of the production process.

In these 10 years, what would you highlight as the biggest challenge in your work?
The biggest challenge I had was at the very beginning, when I first came to Knauf Insulation. I encountered certain processes for the first time, so I had to learn from scratch, adapt to the working environment, and work the night shift.

Looking back, are you satisfied with the development of your career at Knauf Insulation?
Yes, and especially when it comes to advancement. Knauf Insulation has allowed me to develop and progress from day one until today.

Have the expectations you may have had when you first came to the company been exceeded?
I would say so. Looking back at all these years, I realize that we are really like one big family at Knauf. We are not just colleagues at work, but also friends outside of it. We often socialize outside of working hours, which I didn't expect when I first came to the company. Also, the company offers various rewards and opportunities for advancement, which further exceeded my initial expectations.
