Our recruitment process

    In order to prepare for an interview, it is always useful to research the company as well as its competitors and any industry trends related to the role or department for which you have applied.

    You may be asked questions about the company at an interview, but more importantly, this research will help you to better understand whether Knauf Insulation is right for you and to prepare your own questions.

    The HR team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the role as they have in-depth knowledge of each vacancy. You will receive a role profile from our HR department.

    We adapt the selection and assessment process to the different positions to be filled. Depending on the Knauf Insulation location you are applying to, a series of tests and/or questionnaires are offered to our candidates so that we can debrief the results together at the interview.

    This is a two-way selection process. You will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each interview. Use this time to find out what aspects of our business interest you most.

     

  • We do our utmost to provide feedback to candidates as quickly as possible following the interview and assessment process, but it can take up to a few weeks, during our current technological challenging time. If you have any further questions or feedback points after your interview or assessment, feel free to get in touch with your Human Resources contact or your recruitment agency – remember, it’s a two-way process.
