Product Data Specialist (Working Student) – Novi Marof / Hybrid

This role is a great opportunity to learn how a company really works behind the scenes – from how products are built and managed, to how data powers decisions across teams.

You’ll start by supporting day-to-day operations, but if you’re curious and proactive, you’ll quickly have the chance to take ownership of projects and expand your scope.

What you’ll do

1. Help keep our product data clean & useful

- Update and structure product information (dimensions, packaging, certifications, etc.)

- Check data quality and spot inconsistencies

- Support the preparation of new product launches

- Work with different teams (Product, Finance, Operations)

2. Discover and work with key digital tools

- Contribute to maintaining product data across systems (EPIM, SAP, CRM, etc.)

- Help improve how data flows between tools

- Support data clean-up and structuring initiatives

👉 A great way to build hands-on experience with tools used in large organizations

3. Support marketing & innovation projects

- Prepare product data for sales materials (product sheets, price lists, etc.)

- Help on various projects (data analysis, benchmarking, insights)

- Contribute to product launches and improvements

- Lead data improvement initiatives

- Contribute to strategic topics (pricing, portfolio optimization, performance tracking)

About you

- Master’s student (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data, or similar)

- Comfortable with Excel (any experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus)

- Curious, structured, and eager to learn

- Interested in how products, data, and business connect

- Fluent in English
